Using Smartphone-friendly speech recognition software, you can dictate anytime, anywhere safe in the knowledge that our Australian-based VoiceBox team can provide accurate, on-time transcripts, delivering correspondence through secure messaging (Argus, HealthLink), fax or email.

No lock-in contracts

With no registration fees, no minimum usage or lock-in contracts, you can enjoy on-demand standardised recording and transcription, plus an easy in-App editing facility and approval process. Fees are charged on the recording time length (audio time) and records are billed upon doctor approval or after 10 working days if not actioned earlier.

VoiceBox uses industry-standard security protocols for the transmission and storage of medical data. Our Australian data centres comply with government regulations for health information.

VBIT streamlines message recording, formatting and delivery without any involvement from your in-house team. It automatically loads patient and referrer details via seamless integration with your practice software. Once approved, VBIT automates message delivery and filing within your software, freeing up your staff for patient care.

VBIT’s voice recognition software produces transcriptions automatically. Then our Australian-based proofreaders review and correct all transcripts ready for your final approval. With the dictation sound file delivered with the transcript, you can review and edit further if required.

VoiceBox uses industry-standard security protocols for the transmission and storage of medical data. Data centres are in Australia and comply with Australian government regulations for health information.

VBIT agreed service levels include an average 36 hour turnaround time with 50% of standard letters returned within 48 hours. We aim to turn around 95% of urgent files within 4 hours. For practices using their own proofreaders (rather than the VoiceBox proofreaders), the voice-to-text transcript is available within 30 minutes of submission.

VBIT currently has integrations with Best Practice, Gentu/Genie, and Coreplus.  These integrations link the doctor's appointment book from the practice management software with their VBIT account, auto-filling the patient details and recipient details.
